As a worshiper of Truth, we believe that the Bible is the only source of our faith and living. Bellow, we share our core beliefs.

Seek God

God

Our God is not an Idol or Image but spirit. We worship him in prayer and in Scripture. He is known as Father God to us.

Jesus

He is the only incarnation of God. It means he is the God in flesh. As he introduces himself as God, we also believe that he is the only saviour for us.

Bible

It is the only source and truth to know about God. All scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that we may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

See Our Need

Wisdom

The contrast between Godly and Worldly wisdom is loving/selflessness and selfishness. World teach us to be selfish and God teaches us to selfless, loving and giving.

Traditions

We sincerely watch our life (work) and doctrine (teaching) closely according to the Bible. We pray to God, study and meditate scripture daily and live life accordingly. We avoid the rules and regulation that contradict the scripture.

Sins

We all are sinful and it comes from within our hearts. We practice daily confession of our sins to each other and pray for each other so that we can be healed.

Faith in Jesus

Cross

Jesus sinless death on the cross is not an accident but God’s divine plan from the start of creation. It is the demonstration of love for us. Jesus love for us makes him take the decision to die in the cross.

Grace

Though none of us is perfect but sinful. Because of our faith in Jesus as LORD; God forgives all our sins by his grace. Salvation is a gift, not acquired by any deeds. But we do the good work to justify our salvation.

Repentance

After believing in grace, the biblical response is to Repent. Repentance comes only through godly sorrow about our mistakes and turns back to God. It will be visible by our Deeds (Acts 26:20).

Baptism

After repentance, we believe in adult BAPTISM by full immersion of water which represent the link between Christ’s sacrifice on the cross for each one of us and our forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:36-38). We only baptize those who are committed to living life (Acts 2:42) as a Disciples of Christ. At the time of our Baptism we confess that “Jesus is the son of GOD, he was crucified on the cross for the sacrifice of our sins and buried in the grave; he rose again on the third day and he ascended to heaven to take the place on the right side of the Lord.” We also confess at the time of baptism that “Jesus is my Lord.” By saying this, we are committed to being a disciple of loving, obedient and sold out a relationship with him. We are willing to put our relationship with Jesus above all else, sins or worldly desires.

New Life

Discipleship

After baptism and in new life, we live a loving and caring attitude according to the scripture. We look after each other to stay spiritual living. We maintain ONE to ONE relationship, we call this discipleship. We also maintain ONE to MANY in a small group relationship, we call this family group.

Holy Spirit

We receive the Holy Spirit at the time of baptism as a gift from God and mark as a salvation. It represents God’s personality under the title of God (Trinity). The Spirit helps us in our weakness and intercedes for us. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, so we honour God with our body by keeping it pure. The Spirit helps us to be transformed continually into the likeness of Jesus. We are committed to living by the Spirit, led by the Spirit and bear the Fruit of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. But, we do not perform charismatic work publicly as it is not scriptural.

Church

After baptism, we do not live an independent life or alone. Instead, Jesus baptizes us into the body, the CHURCH (1 Corinthians 12:12-13) to be joined by a team (family of God) of like-minded disciples in our devotion to Him. These brothers and sisters are meant to be a continual source of encouragement in our walk with Christ. We call this fellowship as Church. All members of the Church are equally important. According to Revelation chapter 2 and 3, we believe in ONE CHURCH ONE CITY idea. And it can be divided into many regions, zones and Family Groups (House Church). According to Ephesians 4:4, we believe in the Church’s AUTONOMY and BROTHERHOOD relationship, it means churches in different cities are independent but they are under the same brotherhood. According to need, we can help the churches among ourselves in the brotherhood.

Other Issues

Life Style

Living a new life is not easy, we will face different types of Persecutions that we need to work on.

We pursue a deep relationship with God through daily Prayer and Bible Study.

We practice Confessions and Discipleship Relationship so that we can get help.

We practice Helping the Poor and Needy of the society.

We believe in and do world Evangelism.

We also give Contribution specially Tithe, Mission Fund, Poor Fund, Building Fund and others as required to function the church properly and to help the churches in the brotherhood.

Every week we Meet Together as a whole church for worship and we also meet in small groups for Communion, Bible Talk or Midweek services.

Those who attend our services are often amazed to see in our Friendship and Fellowship. We are from every possible social, economic, racial and age group in our area. We are committed to sharing the message of Christ in our society.

We also believe in Marriage among believers only. We get married and keep only one wife.

Communion

According to Acts 20:7, we take part in communion once a week on Sunday only. We take it as a remembrance of His sacrifice. Generally, we take part the juice in multiple cups with one handmade or separate pieces of bread.

Authority

The church is governed by Bible only. Christ is the head of the Church and we are the body. According to 1 Timothy 3:1-13, members of the Church appoint many Leaders by selection (according to the gift of the spirit and spiritual maturity) to serve the Church for special purposes. And we are submissive to this authority.

Family & Women Role

Women do not lead God’s family but to be supportive and submissive to her husband to lead. But she can teach. According to Ephesians 5:22-6:4, we follow the moral value that God sets for the believer’s family.

Heaven & Hell

We believe in one life on this earth and then death. But at the end, some will rise again to be with God in Heaven and other will be separated from God in Hell.
